Helpful and friendly staff member.

The slope in the bedroom ceiling, left hand side of bed,was quite severe and my wife hit her head several times.

Excellent stay at Platten’s with beautiful sea views. Stunning interior and high end toiletries included. Would highly recommend and stay again

The location is just perfect, you look out on the quay and have a beautiful view. We were lucky to watch Xmas tide out of our window because it was raining. The bedroom is a good size, we loved the chairs by the window. The bedroom was comfy, bathroom was great and the towels were super soft. We also loved the extra touches, like the toiletries, chocolates and apple juice.
